Commercial concrete work where quality, sequencing, and coordination matter. We maintain direct field capability so concrete can stay aligned with grading, site conditions, inspections, and downstream work.
Hardscaping
Exterior construction built for durability, precision, and long-term performance. Hardscape scopes are coordinated with concrete, grading, drainage, and surrounding site conditions so the finished work functions as one environment.
Landscaping
Selective commercial landscaping integrated with the broader site plan, finishing work, and project intent. We approach landscaping as part of the completed project, not an isolated service.
Finishing & Closeout
Final-phase construction, punch work, inspection support, corrections, and coordination needed to carry projects cleanly through completion.

Where We Keep Direct Control
Concrete, hardscape, and select site and finishing scopes are areas where schedule, quality, sequencing, and responsiveness can have an outsized effect on the project. Maintaining experienced internal field capability gives us control where it matters most.
When a project requires additional specialties, we bring in trusted partners and manage the interfaces so the client is not left coordinating a fragmented group of contractors.
We work closely with grading contractors, engineers, architects, and city officials to keep work coordinated through execution, inspections, and approvals and help avoid unnecessary delays.
When the back half of the build needs tight coordination, that's our lane.

Heather brings experience across construction, real estate, and enterprise technology to connect business decisions with field execution, creating the visibility and systems needed to manage risk, support performance, and make sound decisions as the work moves forward.
Ben Mies
Co-Founder, COOBrings a rare mix of engineering, development, construction, and field experience to complex projects. Leads execution strategy, business development, and client relationships with a focus on how technical, financial, and operational decisions affect one another. Known for seeing the whole project, identifying problems early, and helping teams make decisions that hold up in the field.
Chad Norman
Director of ConstructionLeads field execution across all projects. Brings deep, hands-on experience from building and running multiple companies, and focuses on leading crews, solving problems, and carrying work through to completion.

Some clients come to us with complete plans and a clearly defined scope, while others involve us earlier to help think through constructability, sequencing, project approach, or how best to accomplish the intended result. The level of involvement depends on the project and what the client needs.

Our primary focus is commercial and developer work. We occasionally take on residential projects, particularly when they involve complex scopes aligned with our capabilities or are part of a broader relationship.
